Roscoe is a 4 yr old lad who has recently come in to our care. He has previously had a stroke and a little wobbly on his legs but is fully of life and happiness. He is in foster care for assessment and some one to one attention . Roscoe would be available for adoption as an assisted adoption. He will be a amazing lad to have and his personality just sparkles.
